How do I go about booking a seat for a available workshop?
It depends on the workshop and location. Some places prefer that we take payment in full prior to the workshop, others reserve spots for students and we take payment upon arrival. We will always note in our calendar how the booking is being handled.
How do I pay in full for my workshop?
It depends on the workshop and location. Some places prefer that we take payment in full prior to the workshop, others reserve spots for students and we take payment upon arrival. When you are paying in full ahead of the workshop clicking on the workshop or gathering in the calendar, there is a button at the bottom of the details that says "purchase" that will bring you to our Square page. If you are paying upon approval, we take card via Square or cash.
The workshop I want to attend is sold out, what should I do?
Oh no! Please let us know as soon as possible, we want to hear from you! Email us at email@example.com with 'WAIT LIST', your name + the name of the workshop you'd like to attend in the subject line. Your feedback helps us determine the amount of interest and whether we should add more seats or another class. It also allows us to contact you, should a seat become available.
What is your cancellation policy for workshops and events?
Seats are non-refundable, however, you may transfer your seat to someone. If you’d like to transfer your seat please direct an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the workshop and your name in the subject line. In the body of the email please provide the name, email and mailing address of the person to which you’d like to transfer your seat.
We reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops with 24 hours or more notice due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event a workshop is cancelled, you will be refunded the full price. In the event a workshop is postponed or rescheduled, you will have the option to keep your seat for the rescheduled workshop or to receive a refund.
How long are your workshops?
It is dependent on the trade being taught or topic being discussed but we do try to keep both to 1-2 hours max due to keep everyone engaged! When booking classes, the time will always be specified so you can plan accordingly.

What happens if I’m late for class?
We allow 5-10 minute grace period to allow for traffic, parking, running into a old friend, etc. However, if you’re significantly late (20+ minutes), we cannot guarantee you will be allowed into the class. Unfortunately, it slows down the entire class to catch someone up to speed and is unfair to all of the students who made it on time. If you are denied attendance to class due to tardiness, we cannot guarantee a refund or reschedule.
Is there an age limit for students?

Can I bring my child to a class that I have signed up for?
Our workshops are designed specifically for adult students so size constraints will be exceeded if extra bodies are allowed into the class such as children. We appreciate your understanding!
